Competa Yoga

Great start into a sunny ☀️ Sunday with an hour of Vinyasa yoga right in the heart - next to the church - in the beautiful village of Competa.

Have you been to Competa? It’s just 13 kilometre from the coast, follow a scenic route from #Algarrobo , drive through #Sayalonga (stop for a coffee ☕️ if you like) and arrive in Competa after around 30 minutes. This route is well known by cyclists 🚴‍♀️ who train here all year round.

My favourite yoga teacher @inezcompetayoga is holding outdoor yoga sessions throughout the summer as her studio room is still closed for health and safety reasons.
